I wanted to let you know how well Pacific Sentry's ammonia sensing products performed during recent use in our Wenatchee CA warehouses. To say I was impressed with your technology would be an understatement.

Your Ammonia Sentry System quickly and correctly alerted us to a small leak in one of our warehouses - a leak that went undetected by our existing equipment. Since the level of ammonia present was quite low and couldn't be confirmed by our other sensors, we initially thought that the sensor response might be a false reaction due to some other gas interference. However, upon careful examination, we discovered that the responses were correct - we did locate a small leak in one ammonia system.

As you know, ammonia detection has long been a troublesome, potentially multi-million- dollar problem for cold-storage CA environments. Existing ammonia detection products have been plagued by false alarms, the inability to detect small amounts of ammonia, and the time lag between a room's reading cycles.

Your detection products enable us to easily make quick visual assessments of ammonia status. Having experienced their effectiveness first-hand, we feel much more comfortable and confident with our leak management capability and risk reduction program. The ability to detect a leak sooner, when it is small, will allow us to deal with it more effectively and prevent more serious, costlier risks later."
